Single-mom-to-be Vina Morales is on the cover of Working Mom magazine March 2009 issue.

"Motherhood has been very good to me," according to six-months pregnant Vina. "At first, may takot ako at baka hindi ko makayanan ito. Kasi marami akong naririnig na kuwento from my friends na mga nabuntis na rin na nahirapan sila.

"Pero fortunately for me, wala akong nararanasan na hindi maganda. Except for the first two and three months that I had morning sickness at naglilihi ako. Pero mabilis naman nawala at naging okey na ang pakiramdam ko.

"Nakapag-concert tour pa nga ako sa U.S. kelan lang at nakakapag-guest pa ako sa mga shows. Itong baby ko, nakikisama siya, e. Kapag sinasabi ko sa kanya na, ‘Baby, may trabaho si Mommy, kapit ka lang,' nagiging magaan ang trabaho for me. I don't experience any pain talaga.

"Pero I think after this month, I will take things slow na and wait for the coming of my baby. Sobra naman ako kung magpuyat pa ako sa trabaho! Kawawa naman ang baby girl ko."

Vina and her businessman-boyfriend Cedric [Lee] expect a baby girl and they already chose a name for the baby. "Napili naming name ay Ceana. It's a combination of our names na Cedric and Vina. Nakakatuwa pa because the name Ceana means 'God is gracious.' Kaya magandang blessing ito for us. Lalo na sa akin because maraming nangyaring maganda sa akin noong 2008 and one of them is to have this baby.

"Marami nga ang nagsasabi na it came at the right time. Tama nga naman sila because I'm already in my 30s and it's about time that I think of my future family. Heto at dumating nga ang baby na ito at planado naman ito. Hindi ito basta na lang nangyari. Ito ang angel sa buhay ng pamilya ko ngayon at excited na kaming makita siya."

Cedric Lee's Reaction to Vina Morales Pregnancy

Businessman Cedric Lee, who are said to be the culprit of Vina Morales pregrancy, finally speak up. In No­vember edition of S Magazine, Cedric neither admit nor deny that he is the father of the child, “I am a married person and I have two sons with my wife. I am not a part of showbiz and I prefer a quiet life. I didn’t hear from Vina Morales say on TV that I am the father; she just said he’s not from showbiz and that there was no need to mention the father’s name. It was actually the co-host of The Buzz, Cristy Fermin, who mentioned my name a few times.”

Vina Morales, Pregnant?

Vina Morales continues to keep her fans guessing: Is she or is she not pregnant with her first child?

According to the report, the actress-singer is two months pregnant but until now there is still no confirmation from Vina's camp.

Vina is currently in Japan for a TFC (The Filipino Channel) engagement. Ogie Diaz of DZMM's new talk show Talakan said that Vina is really pregnant and very excited to announce it to the media.

However, Star Magic vehemently denied the rumor.
