I’m not afraid to hurt your feelings. You have like a two-second rebound rate then you’re back doing the next pain in the ass thing.”

“So what?”

“So it’s not gonna be easy, it’s gonna be really hard, and we’re gonna have to work at this everyday but I wanna do that because I want you. I want all of you, forever, you and me, everyday.”

Sometimes that's all you want...someone to finally fight for you. There is only so much that you can do and only so many times you can show someone or tell someone you love them before they have to show you.

I love the last line on this..."Always fight, until you can't anymore, and then be fought for." I can't think of a better way to say it.

"Whatever happened to chivalry? Does it only exist in 80's movies? I want John Cusack holding a boombox outside my window. I wanna ride off on a lawnmower with Patrick Dempsey. I want Jake from Sixteen Candles waiting outside the church for me. I want Judd Nelson thrusting his fist into the air because he knows he got me. Just once I want my life to be like an 80's movie, preferably one with a really awesome musical number for no apparent reason. But no, no, John Hughes did not direct my life."

Why do they always do this to me?

I think I seriously might have to stop watching the show if they don't end up together. It's stressing me out.

Remember last season finale? Yeah, are they really just going to do that again? Ugh, ok I think I'm too obsessed. I know.

Ridiculous Love

I went to my friend's bridal shower tonight and have a few weddings to go to over the next few weeks. It's wedding season after all. But it made me think. I'm so happy for my friends. They are so in love and happy to be getting married. None of this nervous business or flakiness, etc. The guy almost seems more excited than her even, which is just so refreshing to see. It just makes me smile. It's nice to see that. Makes me still have hope that it will happen for me and that I'll find someone that loves me more than anything :)

I'm looking for love. Real love. Ridiculous, inconvenient, consuming, can't-live-without-each-other love.
