April Muster

Every month, this blog honors law enforcement officers who have died serving the communities of our nation. The muster is a tradition I learned at Texas A & M University. Once a year, the school turns off most of its lights. Students, alumni, faculty and family attend a huge convocation. Someone calls the name of each departed Aggie from the roll. Another Aggie always answers for their presence: here with us.
