SPRING WINE DINNER AT BLUE HILL NY
Here's a message from Blue Hill restaurant in NY. I've been to several of the dinners at Blue Hill in Stone Barns, and they have been sensational. (Act fast. One recent dinner sold out 45 minutes after the e-mail went out.)

"Please join us in welcoming Peter Weimer of Casina Ebreo to Blue Hill in New York City as we pair his unique vintages with the last sweet taste of Winter and the first fresh taste of Spring. There are just a few seats available for this rare wine tasting.
Cascina Ebreo saw its start when two Swiss wine lovers followed their hearts to Italy. Romy Gigax and Peter Weimer have presented the world with splendid wines that represent the best in flavor as well as responsible biodynamic viticulture.
