What is Cyprus smoking??

In perusing Eurovision entries from a few countries this year, I came across Cyprus's...um...entry. Granted, it's a relatively small island, but they've gotta have some people that can sing better than this. I was amazed at how often this girl was off key! The song's pretty enough, but just listen to the howling.

Exhibit D - 2:37+ (!!!)
Not to mention she looks like she's about to fall asleep.
