As vice president and chief technology officer for the Personal Systems Group at HP, Phil McKinney oversees the group’s long-range technical strategy and research and development. He also is the general manager of the group’s gaming business unit, which aligns the gaming business with HP’s research and development organization by providing access to the latest technologies and innovation.

Phil dosn't have to wear a suite and tie every day and hes allowed to play games at work . My guess is Phil has robots doing daily chores around his house.
